Nicaragua, Maragogype
1900-2100 masl
Good body, very smooth, with chocolate and nut overtones. Mild acidity with fruit notes of apple and pear.
Brazil Santos
1200 masl
Savoury with nutty, cocoa powder flavours, sometimes gentle plum and chocolate notes are present.
Papua New Guinea Arabica
1220-1350 masl
Bright acidity suggesting a large fruit basket, sweet nectar and aromatic herbal notes are common. Sweet and savoury simultaneously.
Kenyan
1150 masl
Renowned for high acidity Kenyan coffee typically boasts juicy flavours of currants and berries. Great all rounder coffee with a rich body and marvelled complexity.
Ethiopian, Yirgacheffe
1800-2200 masl
Typically very sweet coffee with variations from winey and very berry to more reserved and discrete tea-like notes. Medium body and acidity.
Mexican Organic
1835 masl
Plum and chocolate notes are matched with a full and rich body bringing a completeness to the cup. Medium to mild acidit makes this coffee great for use as part of a blend.
Indonesian
1300-1400 masl
Sumatran coffees typically display intense earthy aromatic flavours with low acidity. Strong sweet and spicy notes are often presented in the cup. Java coffee is more delicate, smooth and subtle.
Decaf
1835 masl
Mexican Mountain Water (Organic): A chemical free Mexican Organic Mountain water method with a medium roast, rich in flavour as well as being decaffeinated.
